A crosier (crozier, pastoral staff, paterissa) is the stylized staff of office (pastoral staff) carried by high-ranking Orthodox clergymen. It is a symbol of the spiritual leadership, pastoral authority and magistracy of the Bishop. It can be separated in three parts which connect to make the full length of the crosier. It comes with its own case as shown in the picture.
