These are colorful Greek filakto Amulet made from the Holy island of Tinos to ward off evil from the person who pins them to their clothes.
Not only are they blessed items but they are also worn to remind a person of their Orthodox Faith.
A very Traditional Product of Greece.

According to the Orthodox Tradition each of the Amulets - Pendants do include flowers from Epitaphios and cotton with Oil and Myrh from the Church.
The beads are very carfully placed on the pendant to create the shape of a cross.
